Blissful Sleep Workshops
ü Do you have trouble falling asleep at night?
ü Does your mind begin racing once your head hits the pillow?
ü Do you wake up one or more times at night and remain awake for more than 15 minutes?
ü Do you wake up groggy, irritated, and sluggish?
When you get a good night’s sleep, you are better prepared to handle the challenges and stressors of the next day. Stress, anxiety, anger, and an over stimulated mind all work against your desire to have a good night’s sleep. Yogis consider sleep to be a special, sacred time. There are simple actions you can take each day to help ensure that your sleep is refreshing and rejuvenating.

Wear loose, comfortable clothing as we will practice some of the techniques. No prior yoga experience necessary.
